By accessing or using SlideFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Account Requirements

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us of unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use automated tools to scrape our service
• Resell or redistribute our service

Your Content

Ownership: You own all content you upload (presentations, text, images). We don't claim ownership of your content.

License: By uploading content, you give us permission to process, store, and generate narrations from it. This license ends when you delete your content.

AI-Generated Content

We use AI to generate speaker notes from your slides. While we aim for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. Always review generated content before using it.

You're responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content. Don't rely solely on automated outputs for critical presentations.

Payment Terms

• Billed monthly or annually
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• Refunds within 7 days of initial purchase

Cancellation and Termination

You can: Cancel your subscription anytime. Continue using service until period ends. No refund for partial months.

We can: Suspend accounts that violate terms. Terminate service with 30 days notice. Terminate immediately for serious violations.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Lost data or content
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding fees paid in last 12 months
